Phenomenal massage. My masseuse was Diana. Staff was polite and welcoming. My friend and I used the sauna first, which was very clean and well kept. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
I booked a spa appointment for my wife's birthday. I had another spa cancel on me so I called Saratoga Botanicals hoping they could get us in. They told me I could come in at 2:30 meaning I would have to leave from where we were to head down there (not a big deal). I sat on the phone with them, booked the appointment just to have them call while I'm half way there to tell me they cancelled my appointment. When I asked about rescheduling she said there's no availability. When I asked about the rest of the week she said she didn't know that either and said she had to go because she had other customers. I will NEVER call this spa again. It was a complete waist of time, they were rude and very unprofessional. Thank god there are other spas in the area.
While searching for a Mother's Day gift for my daughter in law, Groupon advertised a special for this Spa. I purchased the package on line and gave it as my gift. It advertised a facial, regularly priced at $90.00 for $48.00. A deal, right? It was very misleading! The $48.00 facial was at best, a $48.00 facial!! My daughter in law added on a collagen treatment and because of the add on, was charged an additional $70.00. If this was the only Spa in Saratoga I might think about going , but with some very good Spas in the area I will never consider going here.
This place is amazing. I have been back several times for massages of various types as well as services from the esthetician, and each time has been wonderful. My favorite service, though, was the ashiatsu (bare foot) massage by Becky Cooper. I highly recommend it!
