I used to meet business associates here all of the time and it was great. Over the past year or so, I've witness a stark decline in quality, value and charm. It is no longer a special. This morning, three of us ordered the breakfast bowls. They came in a "bowl" about the size of a shot glass for $8 and devoid of flavor. I'm not sure what happened to this place, but the convenience of on-site parking no longer outweighs the so-so product. I won't be going back. I'd rather drive around the block 5 times to park near Uncommon Grounds. Fortunate Cup pales in comparison.
So very sad to see Fortunate close down.

Love the coffee here but they seem to randomly change hours, cant keep up. Why would you be closed on sundats during the summer in a big tourist area?!?
