I've been coming to this location for years. Sometimes I'll go to the Clifton Park one, but I really prefer the Saratoga store. The technician always goes over my options with me in a clear, simple manner, and I never get the feeling that I'm being roped into something I don't need. Keep up the great job!
Atrociously expensive interior/exterior car wash. Watch out, prices just increased by 20%. $40 for an interior/exterior wash!!!! They don't even do that good of a job. Unbelievable...
6/12/17 @ 5:15pm. Edited to 1 star. Just got my car back from a real mechanic after having to get radiator fixed. I brought my car to Jiffy Lube on 5/30/17 for an inspection and an oil change. With the oil change Jiffy Lube "supposedly" checks your fluid levels. They gave me a print out that my coolant level was OK. It wasn't but I didn't know that until I put almost 200 miles on it before my car said no more and shuttered to a stop. Popped the hood and radiator was bone dry, PLUS for some reason there was a clamp like tool on the hose running from reservoir to tank. It wasn't getting any fluids anyways. I keep thinking I should sue for the recompensation of my mechanic and tow bill, I'm that pissed at the complete incompetence of this place.
Pretty easy and clean, but I wish they would take your order from over where you can see the options.
5/21/14 @ 6:45pm. This location gets a mixed review. I used to love this place. Been going for minor stuff for over 10 years but this past year has really shaken my faith in them. In October of 2013 I brought my car in for an oil change and the guy who drove my car in to the bay broke something on the dash. I had to bring it to a manager's attention because he didn't come forward with it. Granted he was honest about it but only after he got caught. The manager surpassed my expectations for correcting the issue and my car was fixed and they paid for the next oil change. They also don't waste your time or money. I was gonna have them inspect my car today along with an oil change. The bay guy taking down all the info saw some cracks low down on the window under the wipers and called over the mechanic who said due to the length it automatically would fail. So no money spent on inspection until I have it checked out. Now the bad part again. For the oil change inspection, I was told by mechanic all was good with the car. Exact words were "your belts are in good shape and your fluids are full". Then the same guy later tells me he had a rookie mechanic who told him that but in fact my serpentine belt is cracking from dry rot and he had to fill my fluids. Totally makes me nervous about trusting them. I'm gonna give them another chance of course but now I'm more weary of their work.
Quick service, fair price. Can’t beat the monthly unlimited wash.
