I had an appointment at 7pm with Alan. After waiting 30 min and being told by their answering service to wait because they were messaging them no one ever showed up. The following morning I called them to find out what happened since no one bother to call to apologize. Instead of an apology, Alan got on the phone and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I can't believe the lack of professionalism. Will only recommend who ever reads this review to go elsewhere.
