Very new theater. Easy parking, short walk from and to downtown shops and restaurants for a full night out - dinner downtown, a movie (with some candy, of course), then back out for drinks!
Organized, clean and great customer service. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is the butter. You have a 50/50 shot, when dispensing it yourself, to get great tasting or something that resembles butter with a horrid after taste. I don't know why it has been this way for about 18 months. After about the eighth time telling management; it seems to have made it a 50/50 chance rather then completely horrid. To solve the problem I take a single kernel and put butter on it to see which dispenser is issuing great tasting butter. Popcorn is an important part of a movie theater. This is truly a great theater experience given by the Criterion.
Nice theater, close to everything, clean bathrooms, great service, expensive popcorn.
I went with my daughter and son to see a movie. The ticket agent was pleasant. The people at the concessions were very pleasant . The seats were comfortable the temperature was just right and the theater was clean.
Great place to go to see movies. Good food and drink. Sometimes it is hard to find parking so you may want to try and get there a little early to find parking, especially if you're not from the area.

The seats are wonderful. The bathrooms are immaculate. They even show classic and cult favourites on weekend mornings. BTX is a bit overwhelming but that's why it's fun, right?
