so i went in and ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my kids all which were in stock at time of purchase. next day get a email stating my one pair they no longer had and had to get another pair. i found the same exact shoe in a different color so i called an asked if i could still get the price of the other shoe since it was on sale and this pair wasn't due to the inconvenience but was told no. Not only that but they told me that i couldn't use the coupon i had for 25%off because i used it on the other order already. I'm sorry but thats bad business to me its not my fault you didn't update your system for the shoe being out of stock i don't think it was to much to get the sale price considering it was the same exact shoe but only a different color.
Found my first actual pair of sneakers there. The customer service was noticeably different for each encounter but was positive nonetheless. I hope to continue my service with them!
