My experience has been horrible! I will never go through this place again. Every time I go in there the lady is never there. I went to go make my last payment for my cruise. Another lady took down all my card information, took a copy of my passport and said I will receive a my receipt via email & never got it so I went in (weeks later) & the lady said no one told her that I came in to pay my cruise off. GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Find someone more reliable & with better team work
