Lisa from St Peters called me back, said she was the head of the office managers in the Saratoga area, I let it all out, not just The horrific last three months but the last three years.! Thinking I was speaking to a professional from St. Peter's I believe my concerns would be handled professionally! she did inform me that Dr Murray's office does have a office manager named Ashley .she would speak to Ashley and Ashley would call me ! Never happened Ashley never called me ! but I did get a call , got it on my cell phone , a rarity , it was Dr Murray and I quote Carol this is Dr Murray Lisa told me you have filed seven complaints I will no longer be your doctor effective immediately! Call Lisa back told her about Dr Murray's phone call and she stated Dr Murray cannot retaliate at the least he has the service you for 30 days! He refused to service me for 30 days and held my medication out of anger and retaliation I have not had my medication in almost 30 days! MR Murray, St. Peter's Lisa and Ashley from Dr. Murray's office! You are all A disgrace to the medical profession!
May 17 was the last time I went into see him and got my scripts, only 6 days late!, that month! When I called in my script the next month, to Dr Murray Nurse, Kathy, after 11 days and no call back, had to call Dr Murray emergency number, like always he again did not call my cell, just left a rambling message on my home phone!, , telling me it is not their fault Saint Peters now requires drug testing for those on long term Meds, why could he or his nurse, or even Saint Peters inform their patients of their new/old policies!
When I went in, I ask nurse Kathy if she has got my many message concerning my medication., I proceeded to ask questions and she seemed offended as she was walking out of the room, she stated that nurse Kathy got fired, and she is Michelle! handed me a cup, for my Drug Testing, she did not follow drug testing protocol she didn't even ask me for my ID! It was obvious she was upset with me, I was just as upset with her, so went out to the receptionist area , ask the receptionist if I could speak to the office manager she stated we are short staffed right now we do not have an office manager and gave me a card with St. Peter's number on it,
Murray's solution was call my office and make an appointment for drug testing! WHAT! after 11 days not having my medication I don't think it was unreasonable to ask to be seen ASAP, he reluctantly got me in that day.
After years of Dr Murray not getting my scripting to me in a timely manner, I just want to speak on the last 3 months since St. Peter's has taken over Dr Murray's office, you would think things would've gotten better! NOPE!

Never returned call several times to correct prescription side that was suddenly halved without my knowing. Mind you a drug that can give seizures if cut down abruptly. In the same week declined to refill my blood pressure meds because I needed to see him after seeing him a few weeks ago and had all vitals checked. His words during that visit were 'keep doing what your doing, vitals look great'. This was two weeks ago, now he won't fill my blood pressure meds without a visit? I told him I'm leaving town for at least 30 days so this leaves me without two meds that are very dangerous to suddenly stop. On my way to urgent care as my pressure is now skyrocketing and still have no call back.
Dr Murray did not want to take responsibility for not informing his patients and put it all on Saint peters..
