Went to Lowe's in Saratoga to buy decking supplies. The boards I needed were all above and not excessable to customers. So I asked a guy that was working with the fork.lift guy if he could get some Down. He said yes give me a minute so I waited for about 10 mins and still nothing. So I waited about another 10 mins and went to the register to pay for what I had and told the lady at the register what happened and she didn't seem.to care and I just happened to look over at the service desk and there's a manager and 4 employees talking and laughing about an incident that occurred with a customer. Lack of customer service and annoyed customers aren't good things for a business
*Go to home depot!* Do not have anything delivered! I ordered some fencing online to be delivered to my house. The order was placed Monday and website said customer service would call me by Tuesday to set delivery time. I received no call. I called Wednesday and they said it would come Thursday....Thursday afternoon I get a call saying truck broke down and it will be Saturday now. I was told they will call just after 8 am to set up delivery time, nobody called. I called again at 10 am on Saturday, I was told it's on truck and driver will call soon. It's almost 6 pm, no call....nothing. Called store again and talked a assistant manager who was not very nice and he said it's on its way. Stay away from this store all together! 2nd time we had trouble here.
WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT....after spending thousands of dollars to rehab my bathroom my husband gave me a 75.00 in store credit to use for the job, since he was not here (he was traveling out of town) they refused to honor the card, I produced my driver license prove my identity but they still would not honor the card, In my opinion this rises to the level of fraud when you refuse or require tedious steps to allow customers to redeem the card. Will not shop here EVER again just another reason to shop local and avoid being scammed by the corporate crooks! I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office.
Most of my times over here have been excellent. Tammy in Lumber is the best, she is very helpful and has good humor!
We are first time home buyers, and have already spent a lot of money here. The employees are little to no help with the questions that we have. We bought $6,000 worth of appliances and they just "forgot" to deliver our fridge. When they did, it was all scratched up. Because we are new to home owning, it is trial and error for what we buy. We frequently come to return things (always have our receipts) but are treated like criminals because we want to return things for store credit. Wouldn't the store rather we spend our money IN STORE than get it back on our cards and never shop here again? Every single person who works behind the customer service desk are terrible to interact with. Miserable, rude, and not helpful. I will not be shopping there any longer, Home Depot from now on! Ridiculous the amount of negative reviews yet nothing changes.
