This service is so convenient. I can't believe I never knew about it and Keith is so well informed, amiable and professional I feel like I have a new friend! Keep it up.
It could use a touch up, but otherwise a pretty solid buisness to go to.
It's pretty dang clean and you get your money's worth. I honestly don't care about their dry cleaner aspect as I never go during the day.
Customer service is wonderful. From the delivery driver to the business office, the staff is pleasant, cheerful and respectful. Periodically I have to update my account information and it is easier than 1-2-3. I have also had mending and special dry cleaning done and all went well.
Everything beautifully laundered/cleaned. Very fresh! Excellent pick up and delivery service. In-store (Wilton) counter service professional, polite, and cheerful!
There's a lot of gas stations and restaurant's nearby for a quick bite since they don't have a vending machine.
It also doesn't have a bathroom or too much room. It's not incredibly small though.
This place has the most miserable woman behind the counter!!! I stopped in today September 15 at 11:00 AM to do laundry and after loading the machine and putting in my detergent I realized the machine was out of order. I suggested to the employee that they put a sign on the door instead of the machine instead of the coin slot where they had it because you don't notice it. Well she proceeded to get attitude and told me if that was the worse thing that happened to me today then I was having a good day. So thankful for social medial when you get some idiot employee that acts that way to a customer.
It's a 24 hrs self service laundromat. It's actually not too expensive.
