Dealing with them over the phone is not too bad. If your just calling to order something the never call back or send the part. When call for service they are never even close to on time. They'll leave and your stuff will be worse than before. They hate if you ask whats going on on what it might be. Over all labor is cheap but not worth more than a month of problems to me
