Didn't get a pizza just slices from show case and it was very delicious perfectly cooked and tasted so fresh recommend this place for sure
Ordered my usual pickup of chicken Alfredo fettuccini. Got home and found chicken parm? Called back and was told not her fault ticket wasn’t written right by owner. Asked if I wanted them to make the right order? Was not offered anything for mixup. When I said I’ll be back to get refund was asked if I wanted it comped? But owner was gone and she couldn’t do anything but refund. Walked in and was handed my money back (-$2.00 tip). Not only will I never go back but I will tell as many people as I can not to go either.
Customer service was less than par. I was made to feel as if I HAD to give more than a 20% tip over the phone. I was given Italian instead of Bleu Cheese Dressing and, the Tiramasu was completely frozen. The eggplant parm was very good,however.
We were passing through on I-87 and googled pizza places, we took a chance and we lucked out! Fantastic pizza (and we eat a lot of pizza)!We got the NY Style and it was delicious. Staff was really nice and the bathroom was clean too).
Love their choices of pizza especially the fresh mozzarella on super thin crust. Go to work delivery... everyone agrees it is the best.
