I don't quite understand why the reviews for this service are as poor as they are, because my experience with them has been nothing but positive. In particular, during my last time using them, I called for a cab to take me to the airport, and the driver was early, and I was running late, and rather than leave me like I was expecting, the dispatch called me back and told me that the driver would wait for no extra charge. They were very nice about everything, and got me where I needed to be. I think this is a great service, and I think that they're 2 measly stars here on Google very much does not reflect the quality of the product
The worst taxi company I've ever taken. Some drivers are nice, but the dispatcher is so rude! I'd rather pay more for a uber.
Absolutely horrible company. I schedule a couple of rides to work after getting into a car accident since I was without and car and injured. The first day, the driver was extremely rude when I tried to pay with credit card. It was never made aware that the drivers take cash only. When you go on their website, it clearly says they take all kinds of cards. It is NOT said that they only take cards over the phone, ahead of time. I quickly fixed the problem by calling dispatch and giving them my card info to process so it certainly didn't warrant all the drivers huffing and puffing. It is now the second day of my scheduled pick ups and I waited 30 minutes for the late cab. When I called dispatch, they just said they were "busy". I was then 20 minutes late for work, and yet I still had to pay their obnoxiously high fee which already includes tip. I will say, the second driver was extremely nice and apologetic, nothing like the driver the previous day. Either way, I will not be using this service again.
