The novelty of Moe's in the capital region has finally worn off. Employees no longer greet customers with excitement and the food is just not good enough. Sorry, Moe's. I'd rather get 10 things from the Bell than eat your overpriced "Mexican" food.
Family and I eat there frequently because we love Moe's food and it's the only one nearby.
Often out of ice, often garbage area is disgusting, chips are usually overcooked.
Sad Moe's.
This location is always out of food. You stand in line while they cut up chicken, get bacon from the back and cook it, scrape the bottom of the bins to get the last crumb which often results in smaller amounts of food and toppings.
They never say "Welcome to Moe's", unfriendly staff who clearly hate their jobs. The staff turnover is huge, but they never seem to get better.
Best bowls we've had at Moe's. Just moved here from Florida and hoped it'd be better and it totally was. Denise was very friendly and we will definitely return!
Excellent customer service. The Gal with the glasses and brown hair went out of her way to give us great service!
Edit: the music was amazing. Queen, Michael Jackson, and Beastie Boys. Not typical, and I loved it.
Horrific service. The employees at the location are more involved in their conversations than they are with serving your food. They make eye contact with you, ignore you for 10 minutes then when they decide that maybe they'll acknowledge you just to give you attitude the entire time. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for a burrito while I'm the only customer in the store I'd walk to Chipotle from here and then back just to eat it here
