Great place price is always great and the coupons.
Sometimes friendly staff. Clean store. Great deals weekly. Love the gas deal they have going on. Weekend over night female cashier is extremely slow unfriendly. Have to find her when you want to cash out. Lawrence and Johnathan are friendly and helpful and fast.
Overall a terrible shopping experience.
Self-checkout is an incredibly frustrating system dependent on weighing your groceries in a teetering Jenga-style tower on top of a narrow scale. These self-checkout stations are persnickety and difficult, unlike more flexible systems at, for example, Home Depot. In addition to this, the self-checkout stations way too close to each other so you end up bumping into other people while playing grocery Jenga.
Prices are terrible unless you have the Big Brother card, and even then they're not very good. My bill went from $66 to $50 when I begged someone to let me use her card. But even then $50 was pretty steep for my cart.
Overall I don't understand why people like this place and personally won't return until post-Apocalyptic famine forces me to come back here to scavenge what may be left under the rubble.

They change their name, and prices increase 47% overall. It still looks like a regular old Price Chopper to me. Saratoga has become real snooty, Glad I move out when i did.
Strange combination of maze/islands and aisles makes it impossible to find anything. Weird dark-hue decor makes the place feel dirty, unlike a real, well-lit grocery store.
