A few days after my recent purchase, I found the car's cruise control didn't work. Chuckie took care of it, even bringing it to a dealer to have it fixed, paying the bill himself and providing me all of the paperwork. This was AFTER the sale. He had no legal obligation to do anything. When I thanked him and said "Not everyone would do that.", he smirked and replied "Well, I'm not everyone." He is 100% right.
