Very disappointing. I made an appointment for an oil change while I waited . they put the truck up on the lift and I watch the service tech read his news paper for an hour. After an hour I asked the service manager if the tech knew I was waiting . That's when he started changing my oil. 40 min. later he finished changing my oil. 1 1!2 hour while I waited. Its not right.
