Wouldn't suggest. I've had some uncomfortable interactions with male employees here while helping my friend get her car fixed, but I guess that's a lot of places nowadays? Either way it was unprofessional and I won't be coming here ever again myself.
Installed muffler delete and cool air intake. Extemely nice staff and they went out of their way to even weld the pipes in despite there being brackets with the kit. When talking to one gentleman on the phone, I asked why they were charging me ~20% of what some of the other places were asking and he replied "because we don't play those games." Would recommend to anyone who respects good service.
Disbrow's are the best in fixing what ever you need done on your car. They are honest&friend'ley. They will tell you exactly what you need &how much. Highly recommend.
After the three week mark, they said it was indeed the engine and the car was essentially useless. We wanted a second opinion, so we had it towed to a place in Amsterdam. They looked at it and said that someone had broken a valve and it wasn't worth fixing. However, there is no way to prove who or when the valve was broken. So that's some fantastic work, Disbow's.
Kept the car for over three weeks. They told us it was "fixed" after two weeks, and the car was driven maybe 200 yards before it broke down again. Said they would order another new part again, because the one they put in may have been defective- either that, or it would be the engine and too expensive to fix.
Very good regular maintenance service on my Honda Civic, not much wait time. Nothing fancy about the waiting area, but it's comfortable.
