Lazy jerks. I went in for an oil change and to adjust the tire pressure. They said only a specialist could change the oil on my standard Kia, and claimed to have adjusted the tire pressure when they did no such thing. They also said that they had paged me, after I had been waiting for 40 minutes, but my cell phone always had perfect service.
2 hours for an oil change and check a tire valve which they didn't even replace. No wait when I got there. They're just rediculously slow. When I checked 50 min in they weren't yet done with the oil change.
Last time I went they spilled oil down between my engine block which immediately started smoking going down the road, tire prices are good but never will be back for oil change ever again.
