The sales reps are impolite at best. I returned a tablet to their store, however they didn’t bother to note on my account that it was returned, causing me to be charged for a tablet I neither had nor wanted. Upon calling, the representative was rude and short with me, essentially saying it was my fault for returning the tablet via the store rather than mailing it in. I also won’t be getting back pay for the tablet they charged me to restock and billed me for having. I love AT&T as a whole, but this store is not a good representation of the company.

The guys here are AWSOME I always go here when i need to add a line or want to change my plan to better suit me personally! Each and every one of the staff members here are polite and helpful. I can say this because I have personally had the pleasure of being helped at one time or another by each of them.
HORRIBLE!! customer service. I went to this store to update phones and change rates. The plans were never updated and not merged. I went back to have a rep help fix and he immediately pushed me off to the 1-800 customer service number. They disconnected after 5 minutes with no contact. Attempted to ask the rep to pull up and look at my account to see what I was talking about. He walked away and tried to deflect me off to another rep saying he couldn't help give me a credit?! Not what I asked. Walked out. Saw the rep making hand gestures to me as I was leaving the store. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND WILL BE REPORTED!!!!
BTW, went to the mall location and received excellent service.
Took them over 3 minutes to even respond to a phone call. Go or use the mall location next door. Much more helpful and efficient.
