Honestly got a good deal today walked in with a old 3ds and came out with several new games and a gift card . Pretty happy costumer
I have been shopping at this store for over a Decade, and it is still my preferred Gamestop to go to. The current manager is great, he's honest, he knows how to strike and hold a conversation, and genuinely seems like he enjoys what he's doing. I will say the newer employees are not my favorite, the lot of them are more by-the-book, trying to sell me a membership I'm already a part of, or using the word "pre-order" every other sentence.
The manager Herman is a great guy and he never steered you wrong
I do wish the store was a bit bigger, considering the one in Queensbury is the perfect size of a Gamestop store, but for what they have it works. Though what's with all the Amiibo's leaving?
There service and everything was great except when I got a game on download. I got a call of duty add on that was 15.00 but when I enter the code on my Xbox it gave me a 15.00 gift card instead which was weird so don't get downloaded games kids
Most games are digital and they don't carry older games or consoles
