Wouldn’t even process the cell phone order after it was paid for.
Would be nice if people would just do there job.
Very helpful and customer service was by far the most pleasent ive ever dealt with. Even in the holiday season when things are the most stressful they still were calm and went avove and beyond to help me.
Seems like no one was available to help me out it was easier to leave and come back home and order online
Prior to entering the store, we had already known we were going to purchase a LARGE television. However, we were not greeted or given any assistance much less our presence being acknowledged in the television section. Our assistance began once we approached the register to have the television physically brought over for checkout. The cashier (Jake) was friendly, helpful, and in all honesty saved this store from receiving a lower rating.
Asked us to just go to at&t instead.

Staff disinterested on Friday, Nov. 10th and recommended a non-compatible component for purchase. Upon return of the item on Saturday Nov 11th the refund went smoothly, unfortunately the staff was still disinterested about making a sale or verifying their store had the component or could order the component. And then, across the street, on a whim, a compatible item was found at WalMart of all places, no help from the staff at WalMart either BUT, the price was only 56% of the similar but not quite right item at Best Buy.
