As someone who is new to CrossFit I'm so thankful CrossFit Soulshine opened up in Saratoga Springs! Classes are fun, safe and the coaches are knowledgeable. The community is so welcoming and the gym space is so BRIGHT and beautiful, which is not what I typically think of when I think of CrossFit. The coaches explain the movements so well and make sure to adjust the weight or exercise to each individual. CrossFit is a great addition to Saratoga Springs NY.

This was my very first crossfit gym and it was an amazing experience. Coach Dave is very knowledgeable and pushes you to be your best. I moved out of the area but would definitely come back in a heart beat if I ever move back.
CrossFit Soulshine is an exceptional establishment in Saratoga Springs, NY. If you live or frequent the area, I recommend attending the Free Trial class that the team offers. Jason and Dave are wonderful coaches who genuinely care and want you to get better. Whether you are new to the fitness scene, new to CrossFit or a seasoned veteran, this is the place for you....you won't be disappointed.
I love this place! I am a CrossFit lover now because of Soulshine. There coaching staff is great and so motivating. I see my body changing and I have been feeling wonderful. So excited to keep on this journey with CrossFit Soulshine. THEY ROCK!
