If your are committed to a Bikram practice, you will not be disappointed. This studio provides certified teachers and accurate dialog in a very happy environment. The other yogis in the class have a lot of energy, and it seems like they have created a really nice Bikram community in Saratoga Springs. I was visiting Saratoga Springs on vacation and very grateful to have a studio for a couple of practices.
Great place for yoga experts and beginners! Wish Studio B was actually HOT though! Definitely not as HOT as the other studio.

If you have never tried Bikram yoga, this studio offers a comfortable experience for trying it, but they also have a variety of other yoga classes via their sister studio next door.
I love the Hot Yoga Spot. Great teachers; great facilities (especially the Saratoga location). If I had time I would be there 7 days per week.
