From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this was the place for me. The staff is impressive - very smart, personable, supportive, and encouraging. And they really know their business! In 6 weeks, I have lost 12 1/2 ...no gimmicks and fads, just reasonable weekly goals with great guidance. The staff has created a facility that has a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment. It's impeccably clean and has a fresh open feel to it. You want to join SH&W!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was encourage to join the Wellness Center by my doctor. I have been told for years that I need to exercise. The Staff provided me with a program that meets my medical needs and encouragement to keep up with the routine.

The owners, Nick and Mike, are exercise physiologists which means they really know their stuff! After a very thorough evaluation, Nick designed a customized workout routine that has helped me achieve the fitness gains I was unable to achieve on my own. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a clean, friendly, well-equipped gym offering tailored personal training and wellness services.
