This is THE WORST Ulta I have ever been to. I know this is not a kids store, but as a mother sometimes you have to bring your children in places you don't want to. The woman "helping" me was an older woman with glasses and she was so rude an disrespectful to both of my children! On top of that, the cashier appeared aggravated that I was looking for my coupon and gave my children dirty looks. Awful experience overall. I will inforn everyone I know of the scrutiny of this store and I will not return to this unfriendly, unaccomodating establishment again.
Garbage. Sat at the salon counter for 20 minutes cash in hand waiting to be service while the stylist sat on her phone with no customers being helped for me to just walk out with out being contacted once.
At first I was very excited about this store and the hair salon. I went in with a question about my haircut that I wasn't happy with from another salon. The stylist that helped me was wonderful, very friendly and did an amazing job on fixing my cut to what I wanted. On my third appointment from there I found out she wasn't with the salon anymore. If I didnt happen to call and make my appointment earlier I wouldn't have known. The new stylist I was put with seemed nice, but once she started looking at my natural blonde hair color she kept trying to push me into highlighting it. I proceeded to try and say I wasn't budgeting for that expense after being told the price. And also that my mother was in town and waiting in the store looking for face products, so I didnt want to take the extra time. She kept trying to push it on me, and I get it Im sure she makes more money on the appointment if she does highlights. But my hair naturally lightens up in the summer and I just dont see the point in spending $50-70 on 5 foils. Then come to find out they put me for the haircut and hair mask treatment that costs a bit more. I was fine with it and figured I'll see if it makes my hair nicer. I didnt see any change in the days after. Overall the haircut was ok, she didnt offer to straighten my hair after the blowdry, I have very thick hair and just blowdrying makes it puffy. I also got it cut into a long angled bob which looks nicer if it is straightened. So i proceeded to go home and straighten it. When I set up my next appointment after this one she then brought up the highlights again so at that point i felt so obligated that I said sure, and she threw in "oh and if you don't want them at least the time is booked for it". But what if I dont want them in the first place. Needless to say I'm cancelling the appointment and going on the hunt for a hairstylist again.
