Close proximity to Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center. (Approx 1 mile). I wish I knew the name of the woman who at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful and from the area all of her life, so she was able to give me advice and suggestions regarding travel and shopping. The hotel was spotless and it had a nice outdoor pool. We slept through breakfast, which was disappointing, but at the same time it meant the beds were more comfortable than expected.
It was a quick stay for me, so I didn't really use any amenities here, but the staff was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent. I found the bed to be very hard, but everyone has a different preference on that. The pillows were great. It's very easy on/ off the highway, but not too far out of town.
The Best Western in Saratoga is the place to stay if you don't want to pay a exorbitant amount of money for a good quality hotel.

It's a short, easy drive from downtown, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's my "go to" hotel whenever I am in town.
I traveled from Savannah, GA which was a 14 hour drive but ended up being 17 hours because of traffic in Washington and Baltimore. I arrived at 12 am very tired and sleepy after driving the whole way by myself, checked in the carpet was really dirty, shower had hair and toilet was dirty as well. I contacted front desk and I was moved to another room which had the same issue, it was supposed to be for 4 nights but I only stayed one night. I spoke with management they didn't offer any type of compensation, I will never stay there again. Btw you'll see a lot of hotels will say 3,4 rooms etc left, that's a lie during this time of year they are practically empty until race track season. I stayed at the Fairfield Inn the remainder of my trip and I was the only one on my side of the hotel.
The staff is courteous and friendly and helpful. the room we had was a little cramped. Toilet low and a high step out of the tub
