Delievery was perfect. I got a call the night before with a delievery time and then another an hour before arrival. The guys were friendly and they were very careful and quick.

I am not one to write reviews for anything, but I always am the person to review them. I have to say, every comment in regards to this location and the salesman, Joe, is COMPLETELY true. This purchase was one that was long over due; Joe created a flawless process in regards to helping his customers find what is best for them, within their budget. He stayed after hours to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. He also answered every question I had in fine detail. To anyone who is just beginning to look for a mattress set and/or anyone who is frustrated with how their process is going, please stop in to this store and ask for Joe - you won't be disappointed.
Joe was trying his best with helping us. He totally succeeded. We are very pleased with our purchase. We are glad we decided to go to mattress firm. I had talked to Joe on the phone before going over he greeted us at the door and from that moment one we were very pleased he worked very hard to make our purchase ideal for us. I will come back and make purchases only if Joe is there.
Joe is the salesman for people who hate shopping. He is very knowledgeable of his products but knows when to provide recommendations and when to give his customers privacy. He is genuinely interested in getting the customer the best possible deal. He presents all options clearly and does not try to persuade customers to spend more than they want or need to. He also offers practical, honest, and sound advice and is candid about the price match policy. All in all a resoundingly pleasant experience. Joe should be the face of this company!
We walked in the door an hour before closing wanting to walk out with a bed that night and Joe was more than willing to stay after hours to help us find the perfect mattress without any rush or pressure. We ended up walking out with a very very nice mattress for a great price! Again Joe was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! I wish there was a Joe at every store we had to shop at! Joe at the Saratoga Springs store is very personable and knowledgeable. He was so patient having gone 3 times before finally buying my mattress. I was so pleased I returned to order a second mattress.
