I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
It is a very good, professional, dental service.
NEVER have i gone to a dentist and not have the issue fixed right then and there.
Worst service i have EVER received from a dentist office as far as doing anything or availability. I was called in for an earlier appt. which I THOUGHT was great! Drove 1 hour each way, to have NOTHING done about the reason for my visit!, was told hygienist..wasnt available? Then why call me for an earlier appt? was scheduled with a new appt for 7 WEEKS OUT!
Have been going to this practice for 10 years. Hygienist is the the best I've ever encountered. Dr. Knolls is very good. He performs routine procedures quickly with a minimum of pain. He capped a tooth and installed a bridge some years ago and I've never had any problem with them.
One of the best dentists I've ever had, I had an emergency appointment , they got me in right away, took care of the problem with no pain and did a fantastic job . The front office did a great job of dealing with the insurance company on my behalf, and gave me the best rates possible. Thanks Dr. Knolls for a very pleasant experience and I look forward to my next appointment.
