My first experience at Saratoga Springs family was beyond 5 stars. I brought in my two children for their first visits. They were a little apprehensive at first but Dr. Dodd made them feel as comfortable as possible! They talked about their first visit the whole way home and can't wait to go back to the dentist which not very many kids can say. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family. It is truly an amazing staff. You can tell they really love what they do!
After being transferred to Ballston Spa from Charleston with the Navy in October, I needed a new dentist. After asking locals and visiting the office myself- I am so grateful and thrilled with the service I've received here! He and his staff are extremely through and accommodating. They even saw me yesterday- a Saturday! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
Dr. Dodd is the best dentist I have ever been to... my initial visit with him he took his time to explain things to me and put my anxiety to rest! Following... The work that was done was pain free and flawless! Highly recommend!

I have always dreaded going to the dentist. So I felt compelled to share the first positive dental experience I've had in my life. Dr Greg Dodd was understanding and gentle the whole time. It was the first trip to the dentist where I didn't feel pain while getting a filling. If you are looking for a great dentist office in Saratoga Springs area, here is my sincere endorsement. I also have to acknowledge a very special hygienist who is truly one in a million. Thank you Kristen for helping me get back in the dentist chair.
