My stay here couldn't have been any better. Every person I encountered from front desk clerk, maintenance workers, room clerks to kitchen staff were all so pleasant and greeted you with a big smile and were eager to accommodate in any way they could. The hotel is spotless inside and outside. The breakfast was wonderful with a big selection to chose from and the evening social an added bonus. I will definitely be staying here again when in Saratoga to visit family. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed.
What a great hotel! It provides a comfortable modern feel. The people that work at the hotel were amazing. The care and helpfulness found in the staff can rival classic Disney service. We loved our stay and encourage everyone looking to stay in the area to come here. If you are looking for an overall excellent experience PLEASE stay at this hotel. When eating at the buffet the workers there consistantly went out of their way to assure our happiness and comfort! I couldn't suggest a better fit for a great place to stay in the area!
I'm staying here while I work at the Kesselring Site, and the location is nice. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get there. This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels! The staff is one of the best things about this place. I've dealt mainly with the nightshift staff, and they've been great. The people that work the food area are awesome, and make you feel right at home. The breakfast is nice, and the dinner is good too. At dinner they have a couple different types of beer, and about 4 types if wine to choose from. The rooms are a nice size and they have a full size fridge. The bathroom sink is separated from the toilet and shower which makes it nice when more than one person is staying in the room. The shower is large and has nice study sliding doors that actually keep the water in the shower instead of leaking all over the bathroom floor. The whole room has a very modern look and everything looks brand new (probably because the hotel is only 4 months old). All in all, this is a great hotel and I'll definitely be staying here next time I come back.
Amazing hotel for families. We never wanted to leave. The breakfast is so good. The pool and spa are perfect. The employees were amazing. My boys played on the basketball court while I drank wine by the fire. I want to go back!
LOVE..LOVE..LOVE this hotel!! The staff is incredible! From the minute you check in until the day you check out, they have everything covered! The complimentary buffet breakfast and the evening socials are terrific. From housekeeping to the front desk, everyone is so pleasant to deal with! Can't wait to return. We're booked again in a few weeks.
