It was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed. We had gone up for a short getaway for chowder fest and booked a room for a few days. From the moment we walked in there was a young man by the name of Dillon who welcomed us in like old friends with the most sincere hospitality. The decor and ambiance was as cozy as you could ask for and it was obvious a LOT of heart had gone in to everything. The food was great, breakfast, lunch and dinner were above par and again you could tell everything was created with care. The staff, particularly Dillon, were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and steered us in every direction we needed/wanted to go as well as recommending some great places, such as Druthers Brewing Company. On our way out we met with the owner, who was as sweet as could be, thanked us and after a brief conversation even gave us a hug on our way out.
Great view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are cozy. Food and drinks are very good. A very relaxing stay!

Stayed 4/28/17-4/30/17. Rooms were extremely clean. I am a hotel snob, I check beds for stains and bed bugs, rooms for dust and lazy housekeeping. None of that here. Stayed at the beachside bungalow, room was spacious and beautiful. The decor throughout the inn was beautiful. Had no issues with noise. Coffee bar was nice and we enjoyed it. People were nice and friendly. Bar/restaurant below was delicious, ate there twice for lunch, both times were good. Close to Saratoga and everything else. Tips for exceptional service would be during the room refresh each morning, remove the trash that's in the bins... I enjoyed the fresh towels and straightened out bed, but the trash bothered me. Need more designated inn parking, remove 1 handicap parking to make space..shouldnt need 4 in a row. Had to park on the restaurant side. Not a big deal.. But lacks all around 5 star.same for the little body soaps.. refresh when needed. Otherwise, excellent stay. Will return and refer!
I've been in the service industry for almost 20 years and I have to say I walked away far more satisfied than I can adequately put to words. I intend to return here this upcoming Summer for a longer stay and with a few more people. Again thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience.
